Arabian broast, done the proper way

Dajaj Broast makes one thing and makes it properly. Our broast follows the original Jeddah recipe and frying method: whole chicken pieces pressure-fried so the coating turns crisp and golden while the meat stays juicy all the way to the bone.

What makes ours different is where the masala goes. Most places season only the coating. We inject the spice blend directly into the chicken before it is battered, so every bite is seasoned from the inside out. Even our wings are injected.

You will notice our menu is short. That is on purpose. A handful of items, each made fresh and to order, is how we keep quality consistent across every branch.
